Copyright & Content Policy

1. Your Content Ownership

At MCE Printing, LLC ("MCE Printing"), we respect the intellectual property rights of creators. You retain full ownership of all content, images, text, and materials ("Content") that you upload to our platform for printing. By submitting Content to us, you grant MCE Printing a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license solely for the purpose of producing, fulfilling, and shipping your order. We do not claim any ownership rights to your work.

2. User Representations and Warranties

By uploading Content to our website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the owner of the Content or have explicit permission from the owner to reproduce it.
  • The Content does not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • The Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Indemnification

This is a critical part of our agreement. Please read carefully.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MCE Printing, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of any term of this Policy or our Terms of Service;
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
  • Any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive this Policy and your use of our services.

4. Right to Refuse Service

MCE Printing reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to review any Content submitted for printing. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to print any Content that we believe:

  • Is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or infringing of intellectual property rights;
  • Constitutes hate speech or promotes violence; or
  • Violates our community standards or policies.

If we refuse an order due to Content violations, we will notify you and may cancel the order in accordance with our Terms of Service.

5. DMCA Notice

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA):

  • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site;
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
