Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 4, 2026

1. Introduction

MCE Printing, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit our website (our "Website") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website, including:

  • Personal Information: Name, postal address, e-mail address (including email addresses submitted to receive instant price quote summaries), telephone number, and account credentials.
  • Payment Information: Credit card numbers and billing details, which are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • User Content: Files, artwork, and documents you upload for printing services.
  • Preflight File Validation: When you upload artwork, technical document properties (such as page dimensions, bleed margins, embedded font metadata, and raster image resolution) are inspected via client-side processing in your browser to detect printing issues before files are securely transferred to cloud storage.
  • Applicant Data: Information submitted when applying for a job, including resumes, cover letters, portfolios, and employment history.
  • Usage Data: Information about your internet connection, device and browser specifications, active dwell duration, navigation pathways, and interaction details collected through 1st-party identifiers, session cookies, and privacy-focused telemetry.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us:

  • To present our Website and its contents to you.
  • To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us, including processing and shipping your print orders.
  • To deliver requested instant price quote summaries and product specifications to your email address.
  • To communicate with you about your orders, account, or inquiries.
  • To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
  • To improve our Website, products, and services using analytics tools.
  • To send you marketing communications, such as newsletters and promotions, if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.

4. Third-Party Services, Consent Mode & Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers to facilitate our operations, including:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads: We use these tools to understand how visitors interact with our Website and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
    • 1st-Party & Server-Side Measurement: To protect site performance and user privacy, analytics telemetry and conversions may be processed via 1st-party endpoints and forwarded server-to-server (e.g., via Google Analytics 4 Measurement Protocol, Reddit Conversions API, or Meta Conversions API) using pseudonymous identifiers without injecting heavy third-party tracking scripts into your browser.
    • Google Consent Mode v2 & Cookie Preferences: We implement Google Consent Mode v2. By default, storage for advertising (ad_storage), analytics (analytics_storage), user data (ad_user_data), and ad personalization (ad_personalization) is set to denied until you grant consent via our Cookie Banner. When consent is denied, only cookieless, aggregated telemetry may be collected for baseline operational health without tracking individual profiles.
    • Offline Local Storage & Resilience: To ensure uninterrupted user experience during network changes or temporary offline states, pseudonymous telemetry batches may be temporarily stored locally in your browser's LocalStorage or IndexedDB and securely transmitted once connection is restored.
    • Google Signals & Remarketing: We may enable Google Signals, which allows Google to associate the visitation information it collects from our Website with Google information from accounts of signed-in users who have consented to this association for the purpose of ad personalization. This allows us to provide cross-device remarketing and advertising.
    • User-Provided Data (Enhanced Conversions): To improve the accuracy of our ad measurement, we may securely share one-way cryptographically hashed (SHA-256) customer data (such as an email address provided during checkout) with Google. Google uses this securely hashed information solely to match your purchases with the ad campaigns you interacted with without revealing plaintext personal details.
    • Opt-Out: You can opt out of Google Analytics collecting your data by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can manage your Google ad personalization settings at Google My Ad Center.
  • Stripe: We use Stripe to process payments securely. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Google Cloud & BigQuery: Pseudonymous session metrics, active dwell times, and navigation funnels are processed in secure Google Cloud BigQuery datasets for internal operational performance analysis and platform improvement. We do not sell or monetize this analytical data.
  • Transactional Email Delivery: We use trusted email delivery services (such as Resend) to dispatch transactional order updates, proof approval requests, and user-requested price quote summaries.
  • Shipping Carriers: We share your shipping address and contact information with carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver your orders.
  • Service Providers: We may use other third-party vendors for cloud hosting, database infrastructure, and customer support.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and uploaded User Content for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Artwork files may be retained to facilitate future re-orders unless you request their deletion. Job applicant data, including resumes and applications, is generally retained to comply with state and federal employment record-keeping guidelines and to defend against potential legal claims.

6. Job Applicant Data

If you apply for a position through our careers page, we collect and process your personal information strictly for recruitment purposes. By submitting an application, you consent to this processing. You may request a copy of your submitted application materials or request data deletion by contacting us at the email provided below. Please note that we may retain certain applicant records as necessary to fulfill our legal obligations and defend against legal claims.

7. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology.

8. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Website home page or via email.
