We offer free local pickup for customers in the Kirkland area. Simply choose the "Local Pickup" option during checkout.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We partner with major carriers (including USPS and UPS) to provide competitive shipping rates. Please note that transit times do not include production time.

Production Timeline

Because all products are custom printed, please allow for standard production time before your order ships. Our typical production time varies depending on the product type and quantity but is generally stated during the checkout process and within your project dashboard.

International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. For international or freight orders, please contact our support team to arrange logistics.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately upon discovery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
