Return and Refund Policy
1. Custom Made Products
All orders placed with MCE Printing are custom-made to your specifications. Because these products are unique to you and cannot be resold, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your order only before production has begun. Once your order has entered the production phase, it cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Manufacturing Defects and Damages
If there is a manufacturing defect with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact us so we can make it right.
- Damaged or Missing Items: Must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
- Quality Defects: Must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage to process a replacement or refund. If verified, we will either reprint the defective items at no cost to you or issue a refund at our sole discretion.
4. Errors and Approvals
MCE Printing is not responsible for errors that you have approved during the proofing process, including but not limited to typos, layout issues, low-resolution images, or missing content. We are also not responsible for color shifts or variations between what you see on your screen and the final printed product. Refunds will not be issued for these reasons.
5. Abandoned Orders
Orders that are designated for local pickup but are not collected within 24 days, or online orders that are stalled due to customer inaction for more than 60 days, will be considered abandoned and disposed of or canceled without a refund.
